Not a huge fan of trim, but it looks sweet now.

I haven't seen too many with uppper and lower trim that were not two tone. It looks good right now. I'm having trouble visualizing a solid color with both sets of trim. It would probably look good though!

My opinion is all or nothing. I think they look great with all of it, solid color or two-tone. I also think that the solid colors look great with no trim.
So I guess my vote is put the upper trim on. Shawn

I'd put it on Brian, you wouldn't have to paint the center, I think it would look great with the chrome only!

I dont like the trim ( trim holds dirt, dirt get wet, moisture causes rust) you know the rest. JMO

With your bed rails, I say leave the upper trim off. At least for now. I see it this way; it's much cheaper to put the trim on when you KNOW that you want it than it is to take it off. Down the road, when you want a change, you can put the trim on and be happy that you did.

Before drilling, try placing the trim with some pieces of double stick tape, stand back and have a look. This will give you a for sure look before theres no turning back.

I'd go with the trim, i really think the upper trim will make your truck sharp. I also second the idea of usings some adhesive strips as opposed to drilling.

More chrome. It needs the upper trim, and maybe some chrome side pipes.

I'd have to agree with Big Orange about not liking the trim.
I do like look of the trim, but on my truck, it'd have to be garaged most of the time. Or I'd have take the trim off at least once a year to clean out the dirt. Might be a good idea whether or not it's garaged.
