The round key should operate the power rear window. HOWEVER, after 46+ years it's possible either the door locks have been changed or at the least the tailgate replaced without changing the lock.

There are a number of threads within this forum discussing steps to take to deal with a tailgate window stuck in the up position. It is not an uncommon problem and the search function will direct you to solutions you can accomplish yourself.
