Me neither. But I have been told that Ford actually built a diesel way back was told for only 1 or maybe 2 years the fellow told me he thought they used a Perkins in it. He thought it was a P 100. But he wasn't positive.

I left California because I was tired of feeling like a victim within my own state. California is a great place to be FROM . . .

Haha, yup. Hate to sell it, but I have to get a travel trailer and a 4 door truck. Just bought 10 acres of raw land and won't have a place to stay until our house is built.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

My CA experience is that I tended to fit in more on the Eastern side of the Sierras or at least 100 mi north of San Francisco, but notsomuch in the OC. All good, great truck state, but it does tend to get a little crazy out there sometimes. I was there for the Gray Davis/Ahh-nold transition, and that's the only time my DMV registration decreased... Still had to pay for my pickup as a commercial vehicle, which always kinda torqued me.

Wow, but what a great truck it was - Custom Camper, Big Block, and 559 paint. Awesome combo.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

The rare 69 Cheyenne Ok, sorry, couldn't help it. Anyway, a beautiful truck that has gone a bit astray in the resto department mixing trim levels and year availability, but could pretty easily be brought back to correct. Look closely at SPID and VIN if interested in originality on this one. $16.5K https://columbus.craigslist.org/cto/...321122086.html

'67 short/step, small window. NOT MINE. I saw it at the hardware store awhile back and it looked pretty nice.

I like the glove box gas tank. It never occurred to me to stick it there.

Re: Post Your Craigslist Finds

72 C20 Custom Deluxe with cab lights and a big block - and I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it: HIGHLANDER C pkg! Gotta see the SPID to confirm, but if I were a bettin' man... $4K. Unless the rust is more pervasive than depicted, seems like a decent deal. https://wenatchee.craigslist.org/cto...317261569.html
