How close are Mar-K tailgate moldings to OEM?

I have the three NOS upper tailgate moldings. One side isn't quite what I'd like, and it's a tuff side to locate. I figure Mar-K is an option if you can't distinguish a difference. Couple questions for those in the know.

Do Mar-K's fit like original, and do they adapt to the tailgate handle like original?

Can you distinguish their moldings from original? I'd like to use the OEM lower molding piece (Custom Deluxe). in other terms, would you see a difference between the top (Mar-K) and lower (OEM) moldings?

Do you know how Mar-K's moldings are made? I think the original pieces are chrome plated aluminum or chrome plated pot metal.

Thanks

Re: How close are Mar-K tailgate moldings to OEM?

I can not comment specifically on Mar-K tail gate moldings but I have compared NOS 68 side and hood moldings with the Mar-K versions, The Mar-K ones look and fit very nice, Although they are much nicer in looks and have way more of a "chrome look" shine over the NOS ones.
I tried mixing and matching the NOS and the Mar-K side by side and it was quite noticeable.
As far as I know all of the side moldings are anodized aluminum, the tailgate upper center molding is chrome plated pot-metal.
