1999 7.4L Engine Details, anyone Know specs?

I am thinking of buying a 7.4L engine, from a 1999 GM truck and putting it in a 67' chevy. can anyone tell me what the factory HorsePower is? and are the internals forged steel or cast crank? does anyone know the compression of the engine? I would like to know all details about this engine, but can't seem to find it on the net to easily.. I'm not sure how the injection system functions, i assume its port injection. do they ever make aftermarket manifolds for this motor to switch it to carburated? do any parts at all switch over to the other gen VI engines from the 80's

thanks for any help!

Carl.

I believe those were rated at 290 hp at about 4500-4800 rpm, and 450 ft. lbs. of torque there about. Not a high horsepower motor, due to low rpm. A tough motor though...
