stud size

Hey dubie,
Did you have to replace the rear wheel studs to go to the new style rear wheels or did you change the whole rear diff? I am looking at building one and wasn't sure which way to go.
Darrell..

I dunno, looks (at a glance, I'm no flatbed expert) like it's not far off of Yukon Jack's truck in that regard.

(Speaking of which, Yukon, how's the 454 swap going?)

Definite drool factor there. Who owns that one?

Projet1970 - my cab is over at a friends getting some rust repair done. Should have it back I'm hoping in the next week or so. Then I' gonna do some light body work and act that I know what I am doing an paint it. 454 is sitting in the frame just waiting to be fired up!

Derek sent me the pics of that beast about 1 month ago and I finally got around to posting the pics. Very badazz looking toy.

Mark, Glad to hear you are making progress on your truck. My heads should be back early next week and them I will be re-assembling my small block, installing the new clutch, and bolting the tranny back on so I can set the new power plant back onto the stands. Need to get some new motor mounts though. The one side has mushy rubber on it , not good
