Just bought this truck out west and bringing her home

Hello all, Just bought this truck out west and having it shipped home in a couple weeks. It's a 1993 extended cab long box, two wheel drive and is going to be my summer truck. Here are a couple of pics. It has a couple of small dents behind the driver's door where the trim is but zero rust which is what us Michiganders worry about most lol.

Have you talked to any shipping companies about shipping yet? I need to find an outfit to bring my crew cab from South Dakota to Illinois. Shopping around now.

Just fpr my curiosity why wouldn't you drive a nice truck like that home. I know time is usually the biggest reason.

Thanks for the offer. I ended up having it shipped for $645. Went through a dispatch service evidently. They basically got a $145 cut for setting it up and I had to pay the actual contracting shipper $500 on delivery. For a 700 mile trip I didn't think that was too bad. This was the first vehicle I bought without seeing it in person and also the first vehicle I haven't driven home myself. Just didn't have the time to do it.

As far as driving it home, It's a 2000+ trip and by the time I buy gas and ad my time I think $900.00 for shipping is a good deal. Also I do not have to worry about breaking down on the road.
