Help, where to stop? Roof skin replacement

Hello gentlemen just looking for some advice on roof skin replacement. Should I just sandblast what you see in the pictures? Or do you think I should separate all of these panels to get the surface rust from between them? Anybody out there with experience just cleaning up what I can see then epoxy prime, panel bond skin and then self leveling seam sealer in the gutter. Obviously this doesn't have to last forever but I don't want to see it bubbling in a couple years either. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Dan.

I would clean up everything you can without cutting the cab apart and epoxy.

For inside of the window posts and other similar places I would use something along the lines of eastwood's internal frame coating because it has the long (2ft) spray tube. It may not be perfect but it's better than doing nothing.

Just wire wheel where you can, spray rust prep in there and then Por 15 it, just keep paint away from where you are going to reweld. Also a good time to insulate both skin and cab.
