Re: Where can I find billet "AC balls"

Time for you to spend 500.00 per side for a CnC machine cus i want5ed a set of hub's made for my Bmx bike and they said 500--900 per hub out of a brick of alum so if you have money to spend or know of a guy that can cast them out of alum it might be cheaper best off make about 50 sets so you can pay for the prossess of 5000.00

I like less plastic. But,I can live with these rather than spend big bucks just to know I have billet sitting inside a plastic housing. I'm sure you could ditch the whole factory outlet deal and use a billet product made for street rods. It doesn't appear you are concerned with an original look.

Not going even remotely factory. Did you link something?

I despise plastic. I also don't feel like cutting or welding to a painted dash. so, if I can replace the entire thing, including the housings, I am game.

Found these:

http://www.hotrodexpress.com/index.p...t_detail&p=204

May be able to make a sheet metal outer sleeve that replaces the plastic...

Re: Where can I find billet "AC balls"

No,I didn't link anything as far as I can tell. But,here are some:
http://www.billetspecialties.com/pro...cid=8&scid=113
http://www.jegs.com/i/Billet-Special...oductId=756994
http://www.zigsstreetrods.com/Pages/...or.html#ACVent
http://www.streetrodgarage.com/louversandvents-1.aspx
http://www.shop.triquemfg.com/A-C-Vents_c7.htm
http://www.zirgo.com/catalog/Air-Conditioning/AC-Vents
http://www.trucknvans.com/Billet-A-C-Vents-s/671.htm

They may not all be a straight forward no alterations installation but should be a good start to give you some ideas. When you want to go custom you may have to alter, requiring paint.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
