Post 487 head castings?

these are 71-2 350 LT1 75CC heads, are these castings known for any sort of problems?

I'm running the 487X heads and everything I've been able to find onn the net speaks positive of the 487 & 487X heads.

they are one of the better open chamber heads for the small block..also 993 are a pretty good head.

I've got the 487X. I've heard both good and bad. Mine need work.

I'm not gunna worry about it and buy Vortecs
