truck help
i am building a 4x4 truck.. i bought a 72 chevy truck from a board member and he does not have title for it.. how can i get this legal to drive on the road.. i am from wisc. i hope someone can help me out here. thanks.

You should be able to apply for a replacement title at your local DMV. Was it ever titled to the person that you bought it from? If it was, it would be much easier for them to get a replacement title than it will be for you. The process varies from state to state, so you will have to check with Fez down at the DMV to find out what you have to do.

If you are unable to get a title through the DMV by using the methods mentioned by Blazer1970, go to www.its-titles.com . They will be able to help you if you have or can get a notorized bill of sale for the vehicle.
