E-Brake Help

I have a 70 Chevy C/10 with a 6cyl. I am wanting to install all the E-brake cables from the foot pedals to the rear brakes. At this time there is no cables, holders or anything at all . the only thing I have seen is one small tube that is mounted on the right side lower control arm that looks like it was so the cable could pass through it . It is very rusted and I would like to know if any one know where to get this part or if any one has some for sell. As for the cables I was looking at LMC and Chevy Duty. any help or pics would be appreciated.

Thanks
Ralph

Here is a link to another source. They have kits and or parts for the e-brakes specific to trucks as well as other applications.
