Mike did you do anything as far as a drop on the front? Im also looking into a c-knotch on my c30...have you found a kit or are you going to fab one up? How many leaf's did you remove from the rear on your axle flip?

Lots of questions for you, I like the project!

We put in a 3 inch drop spindle for the front and the rear we just removed the overload spring and then move the axle On top of leaf springs and re-welded the perches on the actual itself.
My brother got a 4link kit for the truck but it wasn't very heavy duty so I think were are going to use it as a template and builder are own

Are you using the getrag 360 trans?
1pc or 2 pc drive shaft?
Have you gotten the inner cooler plumbed up or are you not running one? I an running a 2nd gen dodge IC on the outside of the core support (I hope, we will find out this weekend)
