Those are some cool names, but I think I'm going to name her "Chestnut" and not because I'm "Pamela Anderson" fanatic, but because it was parked under a walnut tree since 91' and every-time I slam the hood a nut falls out, plus chestnut sounds better than walnut.

Nice score. Great find on a nice survivor truck.

That thing is just begging for a T-5 swap.

Okay okay, now that our big C/10 bash is over, I finally had a chance to play with it a little, in a nut shell (no pun intended) I changed the pedals, the markers, put on the deluxe horn cap, choke delete, exterior mirrors and of course had the wife paint the license plates. Here a couple of pics......

Re: Feeding my patina fix!!!!! 68' SWB

Plans: I plan to get it home and put her away for a bit, until I get a break from school
Then: I plan to put a 3"/5" drop, the stock steelies back on, flowmaster exhaust, tune up and down the road swap her out to an automatic 700R4

I love the truck as is, just going to to a couple of things and driver her as is for a bit

In my previous post I mean to say, "Probably less than what I paid him for it" haha sorry It's been a long day
