Engine code

On the front passenger side of the block I have the ID V0414TBD. I searched on line to find the prefix V but no luck. I believe the 0414 represents April 14th. TBD in prefix is either 71,72 or 79 year. Is this a 350? Without pulling pan, How would I know if this is a 4 bolt main or 2?
