Re: Blazer Body Mount Bolt Measurements

Looks like most kits have some level if hardware issues. I would like to know if anyone has found a rubber kit that has a reliable hardware kit for use on my 71 4x4. I am working with a rusty mess and I am having a bunch of removal issues. Nuts are beyond even 6 point socket fit and or just break immediately. Body metal May need patching with concentric bed and other washers.

Re: Blazer Body Mount Bolt Measurements

I replaced my body mounts with the LMC kit a few months ago. All the bolts worked well. For some of the mounts I ground the carriage bolt head off and hammered it down through the mount.

My body mounts came out like this:

Re: Blazer Body Mount Bolt Measurements

Is Christians Classics still around? The above link to Tim's website for the Blazer body mount bolt kit is broken. I'd like to order his hardware kit or the same kit from another active vendor. I've already purchased the same Black Energy Suspension bushing kit.

Thanks,

Tom
