Took off the 67 door,and put on a 71 door that I got from a previous truck.

ps It's sucks hanging doors by yourself.

Boy!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are right, changing doors are hard to do by yourself.

How did you do it? I thought about doing it by myself by using a cherry picker, of course I would have to buy a cherry picker.

The new door looks great and the alignment looks right on in the picture.

You're better off buying a 12 pack and inviting a couple buddies over. (one to watch and drink, the other to work and drink, then switch off. It keeps fresh labor on the job).

I tried using a cherry picker once but now use my pneumatic stool to change out doors. I put the stool under the door and adjust the stool until it takes some of the weight off the hinges. I'm then able to unbolt the door while it is supported, and once it is off I have a way to move to where I want since the stool is on wheels. Once I have it where I want, I just pick up and set it down. I have done this about 10 times and it has always worked well. If I leave the stool set where it is I just do the reverse to put it back on. David
