needs engine tranny brake lines, electrical.
Body and sheet metal work still needed.
This is not a quick fix.

Well seriously... if I needed a 2wd frame... or if I wanted another 2wd... Id snap it up in a heartbeat. The frame is worth way more than that. IF its a real 2wd.
