Fuse panel screws. "GL" with a nice flower petal flange.

Re: Makers marks on OEM bolts

Door striker bolts. I think an important note is that these were sourced from a couple of different trucks from different assembly plants...all either '69 or '70.

Re: Makers marks on OEM bolts

The door striker plate bolts on my 71 are stamped "C". I do have an L5 bolt though, which is a 3/8"cotter pin bolt for the push rod to brake pedal assembly.

Tony-all 8 of striker plate bolts on our Blazer had the same triangles/grade lines (markings can be seen in pic), so I re-plated them and re-used them. She had had a hard life so there's no guarantee that they're original, I assumed they were (70 St. Louis Blazer FWIW). The L5s did come off different trucks. I was just looking for the best 8 bolts (least corrosion) to re-plate.

Re: Makers marks on OEM bolts

Just wanted to give a shout out to the folks at Arrow Plating Co in Ft Worth, TX. I just received a batch of replated fasteners from them. Invoice was in the box, payment on the honor system.

It’s my second go round with Arrow and am very pleased. It may take a few weeks until they accumulate enough parts to run a batch so plan accordingly if you make use of their services. My first batch was returned in days. http://www.arrowplating.com/

Re: Makers marks on OEM bolts

Thanks for the referral Pete. It won't be long before I'll be sending a few boxes their way. Definitely needed a new vendor in this area. Looks like you got good results.
