Chris from florida

Hey, I recently have built multiple 4x4s, now I'm wanting to do a lowered truck.

Last year for my senior project I built a 77 k20, I did basically a complete frame off resto. Sanded/painted the frame, replaced both floorpans, rocker panels, cab corners, fenders, entire bed, and hood.

I lifted it 8" all spring front, and the rear I swapped the rear hangers out to the front hangers, creating a shackle flip. I put a 465/205 in and built a very strong 383 to carry her through the mud.

I drove this and my K5 which has been my DD for the last 3 years, for about 3 months.

I decided I did not need the k20, so I stripped her of everything I wanted and put them into my blazer, This time I put the 465/208 in. And a hydrauilc clutch set-up. I guess I'm not competent enough to correctly set up linkages for mechanical it came apart everytime I pushed the clutch in.

Then I swapped the grille to a 89-91 style
She is still my DD

Then I bought a 64 C10,

This is my new money pit Hopefully I will be happy with a mild 350, I may try to steal my dad's 348 from the 51 burb though.
