Question Manual hubs

Will it hurt my hubs to run them in the locked position with the TC in 2 hi

Go for it ...

Only real harm is running high speeds engaged in 4-lo..recommend not to exceed 35mph..
2-hi and 4-hi is good to any speed..

the only bad thing you'll notice about running everywhere with the hubs locked is a little worse fuel mileage, because the front axle is spinning.

Actually, before you do it, make sure your front driveshaft is in good shape. They tend to wear funny sometimes (since they aren't spinning), and will grenade at higher speeds.

Saying that, I have run all mine at various times with the hubs locked in at speeds up to 75 or 80.
