Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Some light wheeling I did a few months back. The downed tree I made it across the night before, only casualty was my rusted exhaust. As for the cherokee... all I can say is, "It's a jeep thing!!"

Had to pull the axle forward with my truck so we could get the new control arms on. Broke both upper and lower control arms...

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

I thought I'd post a little update here for the friends I've made over the years on this thread. As some of you know I had to sell my Blazer last year for financial reasons. Now that I'm better off I thought I'd look for it. Good news, I found it. Bad news, its in New Mexico (I'm in Washington state).

The cool thing is he drove it all the way from Spokane to New Mexico and now its a sand dune toy. I really miss it and want it back but at least its got a good home and is getting used the way it should.

Maybe he will find this forum and add to it some time.

Hey johnnywagon, i am the guy that bought your blazer a while ago. just wanted to let you know that i found the thread!! I will post some pics for you soon. Update for you, the truck is doing great! Made it from Spokane to here in a day and a half. It didnt really like Wyoming much with the rolling hills. The only thing i have had to do is replcae the starter and a wire. i will have to replace the front axle seals here pretty soon but its holding up like a champ. I take it out to the Pacos river every few months and do some camping and wheeling.

Sooner or later it will be back up in Spokane because i own a house up there. I am trying to make my way back there over the next few years but we will see. One last thing, if i am ever in the position that i need to sell it, it will be back to you.
