grille info please...

I am looking into getting a new grille for my truck here pretty soon, and wanted to know what everyone's experiances have been with them. What does everyone think about the difference of original GM and reproduction? Are they repros any good? Would it be way smater to just go original GM? And, who sells the best quality outter grille shell for the most resonable price? I've done a lot of research but I trust people who have bought the grilles and put them on their trucks a little more. Thanks everyone.

The reproductions of the 69 grille are the same as the GM pretty much. There is one spot of detail around the turn signals that is different from the originals. You might try getting a quote for one from your dealer, you might save on shipping

Here is a link to where the 69-70 grills are in our website.:

If the link doesn't work then go to my website, click on products, then chrome and more and you will find it there.
That shows pictures of both grills. The biggest difference besides price between the two grills is the reproductions don't have the lettering. There are other less obvious differences like Gee_Emm has pointed out. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com
