Holes in door for channel screws

Putting door guts back in & realize now that when welded the new door bottoms on forgot to transfer location where holes were to screw the window channel in under the door panel. I found a video online showing the holes but exact measurements from that slotted hole would help ... Anybody have a door laying around willing to give me some measurements for those holes?
