For what it's worth, here is mine with BWs in the front and WWs in the back, in case that helps to compare. Of course, this is with the full black hubcaps. I think with these caps, I am going to all WWs.

No on the white walls. No on the raised white letters.

Black walls look best!

Re: whitewalls yes or no

I bought mine with the white walled tires, thin stripe, not sure if this original setup, looks fine for now but I will be changing it later on.
Go with what you like, your personalization to your truck, there are a lot of cool ideas and great photo shopped pictures to choose from, but ultimately your the one who is going to drive it. Try it one way and if you don't like it then go another way.

Great looking truck! As for original, no. The hubcaps, and probably the wheels, are from the 70s. Your SPID should indicate what, if any, hubcaps your truck should have come with.

I agree with the personalization comment. This is your truck, make it how you want it. I don't care for white letters and never really have. I am a hubcap and blackwall guy. To each their own. Our trucks are good looking no matter what shoes and socks combo they are wearing.

I am learning something new about my truck almost everyday, my spid is very faded, but it does say wheel covers, I just don't know what my year looks like yet, I saw someone on the board saying we can get reprints...eventually, and thats a whole different thread And thanks for the compliment.

Re: whitewalls yes or no

They look there absolute best on pre 60's, but are acceptable on lowered only 67-72's IMO.

As above ^^^^^^^^^^

Re: whitewalls yes or no

I'll have to give it another "yes". But I like anything old, so the more "classic" I can make my truck look, the better it looks to me.
