So now that your distributor doesnt have that many miles, this should not cause your issue. I jumped on this thread because the issue I had is the same as your with a no start condition. I replaced my cap and rotor and problem solved.

I am faced with a potential worn distributor gear causing premature failure of the cap mostly. I will pulling mine this weekend to take a look.
