Headers on 4x4

Looking for fitment of your headers on passenger side engine compartment. How close to your front driveshaft,. routing, and what kind. Anyone running long tube headers

usually mine are lifted high enough nothing gets near it

My cheap long tubes clear, the tight spot is the collector flange. I may (don't remember) if I had to bend them to get the clearance. Currently I've got 1/4-3/8" clearance.

These are the cheap headers from Summit (probably Heddman) and my truck is stock height with a 350.

Yes my collector flange is hitting also. I headman longtubes and my collector is hitting I will probebly need to bend them in abot 1/2" for better clearance. Just wondering if everyone else has the same issue.

my hooker comps fit like a glove, they exit high enough that they don't hit the spiring shackles like my old ones or the driveshaft. I had some old ones on there that came with the truck and were labeled mr. gasket, the pass side one came out right in line with the tranny crossmember and so the exhaust one that side had some crazy bends. Maybe they were for some other application who knows.

Dynomax headers, the collector rubs the driveshaft. That'll be fixed with a grinder soon enough.

my truck came with a hooker exhaust kit in boxes which didn't fit with the junk headers so I finally just broke down and bought the matching headers and couldn't be happier. I went with some cheap thrush welded mufflers and have been pretty pleased with the results. It was like 20 degrees out the day I put the headers and exhaust on so I called it quits after I got the mufflers on and still haven't bothered with the tailpipes. It sounds so good now im afraid id screw it up.
