Re: 1950 Five Window Build
OK, here is another update on my A/C compressor mounting issue. The new set up works perfect and is fairly reasonable price wise.
After my first mistake I ended up buying the ICT Billet 551352-3 high mount narrow bay kit. it was $124.95 and it required a mini style Sanden 7176 compressor and the Camaro tensioner. I did another video on the install and inner fender well comparisons between the old and new bracket. It fits way better and the look of the mini compressor looks a lot better. Now I can get back to more assembly CLICK HERE TO SEE THE VIDEO

Re: 1950 Five Window Build
Yes, just make sure you use the 551352-3, that is the one for a truck balancer. The only thing you will need to change is the truck belt Tensioner to a 98-02 Camaro Belt Tensioner (Gates # 38195).
Their site calls for two different size belt depending on the alternator. I had a stock alternator so I thought it would be the smaller belt, WRONG, it was the lager 1080K6 belt.
