Post Wipers Are Kinda Slow. Can I Lube The Motor?

Was wondering if I can lube the wiper motor or something to make them move a bit eaiser?

Any suggestions?

I had the same problem on my 68, I ended up replacing the wiper motor.

lub the pivots the best u can with some wd or some spay lub

Odds are the motor is going. You should lube all the pivot points anyway so give that a try first.

Mine was really slow. I found the previous moron had put foil on the fuse and reinstalled it. I replaced it with the correct fuse and it seems to run a little faster. Still slower than newer truck though. You might want to just put a new fuse in and see if that helps.
For the oil on pivots, I would suggest something thicker than wd40, although wd40 is better than not oiling it at all.
