Dipstick for a L31 with Ram style manifolds?

The new engine didnt come with a dipstick so I am looking to buy one. The transmission I have has one of those Lokar style so I guess it would be nice to have the same for the engine. Pricey though.

Any other options that work good for my engine setup?

A pic of the transmission dipstick before I swapped engines.

Re: Dipstick for a L31 with Ram style manifolds?

I used a stock dipstick for a 98 Silverado. I had to bend it slightly to clear the rams horns.

Here's a picture:

Thanks Truckster, I saw this on Summits site but I wasnt sure what the handle looked like. Your picture helps to see it. Looks like I would need the tube also.

I also used the oem dipstick. Just pull one from a junkyard.

Re: Dipstick for a L31 with Ram style manifolds?

I ended up this weekend getting this one from a local Oreilly store

Fit good. I havent bolted the bracket the tube has yet to the engine block.
