Needs a lot now but looks like it was as parked in good condition and abandoned. Hate seeing that happen. Looks like in good rebuildable shape though. If you get it for under two grand there is still some meat left on the bone that can be worked out to have a pretty awesome 2x.

Since it is a Minnesota truck and judging by appearance of passenger quarter panel I would definitely check the frame for rust.

IMO, at the price it is bid at, you better put your eyes on it before you bid. There is a possibility that you are bidding on a title and VIN plate.
The engine turns over, so it should be worth a couple hundred bucks. The seats are there, but they have been rained on, the foam has held that moisture in, so the seat frames might be rusty. The rest of it is "there", but might not be worth using.
That Blazer COULD be worth $2,000+, but IMO it's not worth anywhere near that unless someone has looked at it, or had someone they trust look at it.

That one of the things I was looking at when I said that it looked like it was in on shape before he ruined it by leaving it uncovered to rot. Who knows how bad it is underneath after all those years. He brought in the rear seat but nothing else out of the elements.

You can buy those repro if you really want that speaker setup. I always hated the look Myself. I would do something else besides chopping the doors up for speakers though. My previous owner already did that to
Mine so I'm kinda stuck with it.

The guy says that he has owned it for 23 years and that he sold the top off of it years ago. I am actually pretty surprised at how good of shape parts of it seem to be in considering its horrible storage condition. I hope the guy got good money for the top seeing how he totally ruined the rest of the Blazer by doing that. Its a shame because it seems as though this was probably a nice truck when this guy got it. Maybe he didn't think it was worth much because it was 2wd instead of 4wd? He even says at the bottom of the ad how he is surprised at the amount of feedback he is getting on this ad. It is up to $3,000 right now!

No matter what it's a factory 2 wheel drive and worth more than a standard blazer. It's going to take s lot to Put it back to running condition unless the new owner puts a good tub on top of the chassis and keeps the two wheels vin. Underneath might not be too bad but he did a horrible thing just letting it sit 23 years uncovered with no top. Some people just don't know what they have and what the potential of it is.

I have seen this. Been watching eBay motors for weeks straight for some reason. Would this Blazer be too far gone for saving? I figured with all those options and 2 wd, could be worth it? I'm a sucker though and think all cool classics should be fixed lol

Anything can be saved. It just depends on how much time and money you have. I would also like to save all the old Chevys I see sitting around rotting or at the junkyard. Not enough time money or space for them unfortunately.
