GMC Bellhousing question

I have a bellhousing with the numbers 2457602 on the top of it, but can't find the number on the web. Can anyone tell me if the number is valid and what tranny's it will fit?

Re: GMC Bellhousing question

measure the transmission hole but it looks by the pic to be the small hole which would fit an SM420. The 465 had a larger pilot hole

Re: GMC Bellhousing question

It appears to be a mid 60's GMC V6 bellhousing , not interchangeable with a Chevy engine, accepts pre '68 manual trans.
