So does it stop better now?
Wonderful looking truck, I really like the fleetside bed over the newer stepside.

Re: My $30,000 brake job finally done!
Thanks for all the comments, its been three years in the making and gave it to the body shop last Oct.
Still have a little interior work to finish, some minor wiring, etc. Once I get the interior done and the engine bay cleaned up I'll take a few more pics. The wheels are coys 20x10 rear with 5.5 BS and 295/40 tires. The fronts are 20x8 with 4.5 BS and 255/40 tires It has the CPP big brake kit, front 13" zinc coated cross drilled and slotted rotors with 2" drop modular spindles 2" drop springs. Rear has the 12" rotors and 5" drop springs. Brakes are freaken awesome, stops better than my Denali. Might go with 3" drop spring to keep the same space between the top of the ties and the fender. Here is a pic of the motor before the truck was finished. 454, all done up nice. Have new valve covers on order to get more clereance between the coversand teh fire wall. Oak bed gas, blazer gas tank. I'll post more pics in a bit

Beautiful truck!! I love everything about it. The engine bay looks fantastic, everything is super clean. What color is that you ended up going with? I love the way it came out! Nicely done.

Very nice, looks pretty similar to my truck with very similar mods.....and I'm about as far along on the progress as you, mainly interior stuff to do.
