Help Me Decide

Hello Fellow Members. I found this 72 blazer on CL. Never owned one before. I need a few observations on whether to pursue and price point.

http://greenville.craigslist.org/cto/4034081844.html

thanks in advance

Re: Help Me Decide

It looks like a good project, I would take it without the motor and tranny and up-grade to multi-port fuel injected and a 4 speed automatic.

Re: Help Me Decide

if you dont take it i might... i have an ls3 e-rod with my name on it waiting to drop in...

i'd take it with the motor just so i could drive it back to floriduh and enjoy the mystery ride of will it make it...

then i would sell the motor and trans to the best offer.

Re: Help Me Decide

Looks like a pretty straight factory 2wd. I would just look it over really well for rust around windshield frame, around the rockers, floor area, pretty much anywhere water can get trapped.

Re: Help Me Decide

To me it looks like it would be worth about half as much as he is asking.

Re: Help Me Decide

I'm glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. I paid less for a running rust free blazer.
