AC vs Heater control Educate Me

I am just starting my installation of an old air ac kit it includes a reproduction factory a/c controller. The AC controller does not line up existing heater control holes even the angle is not correct if I was to drill holes for the AC controller. Is this just another reproduction problem? Or did heater cabsand ACcabs have different hole spacing

There is a bracket for the A/C control to fit the dash. Maybe someone has a pic.

Re: AC vs Heater control Educate Me

I'm a little confused as to where the 4th hose goes the first to goes to the outside outlets second goes to the other outlet the third post to the center vent should there be a 4th and on the drivers side somewhere? The defrost is split off the top of the Box. The quality of the old Air Products seems to be great the instructions definitely leave something to be desired
