Re: Fuse Box

The first tool you'll need when doing electrical work is a wiring diagram. It will answer most of your questions. If you don't have one, go here and download the proper one for your vehicle..

Thank you for the link. I have a wiring diagram and do refer to it often. In this case a connected electrical system and a test light would me a better solution IMO. I will check it out when my wiring is complete just hoping to find an answer to my questions before I reach that point.

If we knew what year truck you had would be very helpful seeing how there are many, many types of GM, GMC trucks out there.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Thanks Andy for pointing that out. I should of included it along with my question. It's a 69 C10.

In most cases, you don't need to apply power to a circuit to test it.. Simply use the continuity feature on a DVM...
