I used the first one I made and built my DBW mount to it so it is still all bolt in. Worked well.

Re: LFD's gas pedal adapters (71-72 gas pedals in 67-70's)

Hello Kevin. Just getting around to installing my pedal adapter and the holes on the LFD piece are way off from the plastic 71-72 part that holds the pedal arm. Any idea what's wrong here ??

Re: LFD's gas pedal adapters (71-72 gas pedals in 67-70's)

Thanks truck dude. I was outside tinkering with it and had figured it out already. I was going to edit my post above. But figured I'd leave it so someone else can learn from what I was doing wrong.

I do have one ?? Are the tabs on the plastic piece removed so that the LFD adapter and the OE plastic piece sit flush ?

Now they must stay as this holds the bracket off the bolts that hold the bracket to the fire wall and allows your mount to sit flush. For easy orientation the LFD logo goes on so you can read it when installed. This put the bracket the correct way front to back and in/out.

Then I would expect he would be a good Vendor and credit the money back. Maybe a good idea to remove the instructions or link off the front of the post....

I would agree, I almost sent him over payment the other day for two kits before I read far enough to see that there hasn't been any for a while. sent him a PM but haven't had a response as of yet.

I'll take one when they are available again. Been wanting to do the swap to cable for a while.

Up until last week I have returned all payments. However the brackets are in production and I should know later today on the delivery date. If anyone does not want to wait another week or so let me know and I can send the payment back no problem. If you want to keep the order then you will be the first ones to ship

I will post up as soon as I have the confirmed date. Sorry it has taken so long but the first guy that did them (turned out great) wanted almost double for this run even know i paid for the programing! I was not about to pay that and pass it along in good conscience when I knew I could find a better person to deal with.
