Corvettes used those up into the eighties[I think] Knowing Chevy might bolt on with a couple of mods. Might be worth checking out.

There is a place in Illinois that rebuilds those cylinders. I dont know where or who though. Sorry

I remember hearing somewhere that the corvette rams bolt right up! But They could have been talking out of their butts

The slave cylinder is available both New & rebuilt and it is DEFINATELY the same as those used on Corvettes until the mid-70's
The part #'s are
CCS P/N B6624 (Reman) $70 with $60 Core
CCS P/N B6619 (New) $112.50
They also have a rebuild kit for the slave cylinder for $20.

BTW, the control valve (reman) runs $70 with a $70 core, and a new control valve runs $158.35. The have a rebuild kit for $25, and one that includes the ball stud for $35.

Part #'s for control valves are
CCS P/N B6628 (Remanufactured)
CCS P/N B6629 (New)
GM P/N 5685459 (Remanufactured)
Dont have a GM P/N for New
