I have just been repairing the master switch on the driver's side door of my 1987 GMC Suburban, I had some success, both passenger windows go up and down, but neither driver's side work. Well I tried the driver's side (left rear window and it worked going down, but not going up. And now it's raining. Any idea how I can get the window up? Thanks, for you help!

I can't really help with your situation, but if you reach out to gmachinz, he might be able to help you out. I would also try posting this question on the 73-87 message board. You might get a lot more feedback there.
