Question drop spindles on a 3/4 ton?

Would my load capacity be any less if i used drop spindles? I can't find any 3/4 ton specific drop spindles any where. Would the stock 8 lug disk brakes on my 71 custom camper work on drop spindles? I want to lower my truck 3" in the ftont and about 5 in the rear with the stock springs

3/4 ton dropped spindles are available, but a little pricey. I dont think a spindle drop will hurt the load capacity, but a 5" drop at the rear will. You could use a set of airbags on the rear as overloads when hauling. try this link http://www.classicperform.com/6092chevtrk.htm#spindles
