You can find those on Ebay. I think Brothers sells them too. Board member Javy makes them, PM him.

That looks like a dash made from a glove box door with gauges installed. Not bad looking...I have a few glove box doors laying around. Hmmm.

That is pretty cool. I have been on the board for a few years and I never heard of doing that. Pretty cool mod though.

Angles in the lower corners are to severe to be a glovebox door.

The downward angle on the gauge cluster is different. Not only that, but the place where the button housing goes would have been shaved and a few other mods would need to be made. It would cost very little money to machine something like that, so I'm thinking it was machined.

Not to argue with you guys but that is a glove box door and all that guy did was shave the hole for the latch. i have been looking into this for some time now and it will work...

Maybe you can leave the latch in place,, that way you wont have to unscrew the dashboard to get to the gauges,,, just press the latch button... I agree nice looking dashboard!

I'll tell ya'll what, when I get home I have a dash bezel and a glove box door and I'll compare the two for you. I may have to eat crow but I stand by the notion that it's a glove box door.

You know Rambler, that would be TOO cool. Imagine that, something that looks good and facilitates maintenance! It really looks differant to me. Next time I have my cluster out I will check. If it is... I will explore it further.

Krue, that would be nice of ya. I don;t mind crow. Taste like chicken!!

I remember a post, saying that the cabs were the same for the US and UK,, so the left handed and right handed steering was somewhat interchangable.. (post about a 3 hole for the wipers?) now,, I dont know,, but would be interesting to check it out... hmmm,, I've got a 67 cab.. sitting in my barn,, I'll have to check it outmyself... just take off the glovebox door from my 72,,,

Not sure if it was that truck or not, but i do remember a truck like our ours that was featured in a truck magazine and it had an entire paragraph explaining how the guy used the glove box door as a gauge bezel. looked exactly like the picture above.
