Crap, I passed one yesterday on the side of the road, never thought to grab a picture. I'll do it next time. It's not for sale, looks like a resto job starting.

I'll add a couple.
1st is a 70 GMC (Chinook) I used to own, next is the second one I bought and cut up (it was rotten) a 72 Chevy (Chinook) and the third is my current one, a 72 Cheyenne Super (Weekender)

Re: C/30 Pics: Frame-Mount RVs

I wanted that GMC Chinook bad! And,that was when I had the money to be buying trucks. My only problem was time back then because I would have driven it back here. Same old story...you have spare time when you're broke and when you have money you don't have time. If I can ever master that I'll have the secret to a happy life. I remember another member from Canada bought it. You sure have a nice one in that Weekender, for sure. I remember when you offered that up and that time for me it was having plenty of time and no money to play. I wanted Sharpie's blue GMC,too. Maybe one day I'll have one. The closest I've come is a slide-in on a Custom Camper and a '70 Custom Camper/30 that was a former Winnebago I bought as a cab & chassis...

I know this was yet another member's Chinook who showed it last year...Circus Wagon Jim? Or another feller hooked up with a truck rag (sorry for forgetting/thanks for the pic):

Hey! I saw my 69 custom camper 30 pic in this thread. Here's some more. Sadly, I will probably be chopping this up soon as there is bad rot in the cabover.

Re: C/30 Pics: Frame-Mount RVs

I was planning on erasing the sliding door and back porch in favor of a ramp gate to make an old school toy hauler. My wife prefers our modern 5th wheel over old school.

Re: C/30 Pics: Frame-Mount RVs

Does this one count? It is a 1969 Flxible "Chevy" motorhome, Technically its a "chassis" mount except its on a P30 chassis
(I wasn't sure if I should post it here or on the "Lets see some P's" thread),
It is another one I owned very briefly until another board member just "had" to have it.

Re: C/30 Pics: Frame-Mount RVs

Some great campers here. I just recently started putting member's name in the code of pictures I save. I lose track of where the pictures come from,so thanks for any I "borrowed" from members. I guess it's no different than googling for pictures and finding your truck. I run across mine from time to time.
JDL,that looks like a good one. And,I guess you missed the "Tow Truck/Car Hauler" thread. All nice trucks. Yeah,P-chassis are just fine...why not, right??
Farm trucks...that's a good idea. I was thinking of something that would include them. Feel free to start on yourself. You/me,it makes no difference

A single wheel cowl & chassis:
