Worth Saving this Upholstery?

I finally tracked down a rear seat for my '72 K5. It's out of a Burb, so I'm planning on re-covering it with an appropriate Blazer cover. But, the original upholstery looks good enough that I'm wondering if it's worth saving. For those of you with Suburbans, would this be of interest, or should I cut it off and pitch it?

Preserve it if possible. Someone will probably need this. Interesting that it has scroll work with the fabric that looks to be from a deluxe or super custom trim vehicle.

Well, this answers the question on whether it's trash or not. As long as SOMEONE can use it, then I'll probably do my best to remove it unharmed. Hopefully the vinyl and stitching are still elastic enough to survive removal without tearing.

Re: Worth Saving this Upholstery?

if you can get the front burb seat in that condition I'll trade you a pair of seats plus cash difference of upholstery value..

I'm 2 hours down the 405, just let me know, thank you!
