Re: Something is wrong

Wow, quite the hack job!

"Steering is still Ford Steering and with conversion, it causes steering to be tight, and isn't the smoothest riding truck through city, but highway is good. "

"One of the mounts was welded in a little off, so motor sits different but doesn't affect it whatsoever"

Re: Something is wrong

If you want power and hauling ability a diesel is the only way to go, I too will perform a heart transplant when/if I ever get around to building my dream burb. A 67-72 burb on one ton axles with a Cummins and NV4500/205. It is after all a car hauler (the craigslist truck?)
