crossmember help
hey everyone first thread on your great web site. quick question for this newbe im replacing the stock engine cross member on my 50 gmc 3100 bc the original had ben cut out i guess for a v8. but im droping a 235 out of a 55 chevy car iv allready punched out the rivits can i just bolt the replacement in or will their have to be welding involved. Also this is my first build is their anything off the wall i should know about droping the 235 into my gmc

you will be ok using grade 8 bolts

I would also make sure you have the correct size washers and Nyloc nuts.
