Wiring diagram help needed

1993 Caprice dash is what I'm working on in the photo highlighted does the dash dash lines on bottom between Ecm, and instrument cluster, C and F...are they connected to the same brown wire..I had the A10 wire connectef to the speed buffer, and not the dash cluster......Don' t want to burn up the DRAC Speed buffer again...any help...Thanks in advance....Ed.

Looks like those are two separate circuits. Circuit #437 connecting to C1,F is 2000 pulses per mile. And circuit #1147 connecting to C1,C is 4000 pulses per mile. The dotted line just indicates that group of wires shares a common connector (C1) but each wire goes into a different cavity (C vs. F) on that connector.

Thanks for the response, trying to get the speedo working on 72 Blazer...Custom dash bezel out of 93 Caprice....Whole drive train is out of Caprice as well. I did get the pin out for the dash bezel, power to speedo and ground connected ...speedo input is not connected....A10 from ECM
is wired to the buffer module, any ideas where to connect speedo input wire?

Vehicle speed input is circuit 1147 brown wire pigtail connector socket B8 with gauges. socket 28 without gauges.center of your picture. runs to VSS vehicle speed sensor module. A10 is connected to VSS module.

Thanks for the response, I may get this yet....after your post ...just now seeing the long horizontal box on the lower part of this diagram is the vss buffer diagram wiring. Will let you know if it works out....Thanks again..

Almost got it, after replacing speed sensor on 700r4, removing dash 2 X and rewiring speed buffer module. Speedometer goes to 32 mph, that's it....odometer seems to work correctly.
