Exclamation 71 c10 fuel guage

I need some help on my 71 c10. I have almost finished my build and noticed that my fuel guage doesnt not work. I have no voltage at the terminal at the fuse block. From what I have read, there should be 12 volts on that ct. I have 0 volts. I have all guages and tach in my cluster. From what I can find, there should be 12 volts on the pink wire in pin 3 of the cluster to feed the guage. I do not have any voltage there and can't seem to find a schematic telling me where this voltage should come from. Can anyone steer me in the right direction. While performing some test I did smoke the ribbon ct on my cluster but have ordered another. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
