Question found a doner... what parts?

I have found a 6.0 4l80 combo in a 2001 2wd 2500.
Other than the obvious items, what else should I have pulled. I wanted the entire truck but that is not possible due to the seller.

Motor
Manifolds
Ecu
Ft drive accessories
Harness

???

Thx!

Re: found a doner... what parts?

The transmission usually helps

Otherwise its accessory stuff thats optional. Some folks might take stuff like power steering hoses, A/c lines, fuse boxes, engine covers etc.

How about fuel pump (and tank too?) and regulator and someone else said he even used the radiator out of a 2500hd. So fans and the whole bit.

I'd try to use use everything I could so I don't have to take my wallet out for all the little parts.

Depends if the vendor will let you grab it all or if you have to pay for everything.

Re: found a doner... what parts?

OE tanks are HUGE and cumbersome IMO. I've never used the OE pumps either, as I've needed more fuel pretty much immediately. The stock pumps can't handle 400hp reliably imo.

The truck regulator is on the fuel rail, so it'll come with the engine already.

Take transmission lines!
