tax value on old trucks

I just got tax bill for my 69 panel.Only $42000,yea that is not typo. Called prepared to sell them a truck. Was told I would need four ext. pics and one interrior,send them pics and copy of tax bill for reappraisal . Then I thougt hey got o be some not totally restored panel on site. Please try to limit post that have photo shop(or what ever ) acroos them and tags are issue to. LMAO

Luckily there are few shot of panels pre fixing up w/o too much other info on them.

Oh yea reason bill so high. They are appraised as totally restored auto if they are over certain age. Restored hell 42k is retro mod on mecums price,
