Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
I know this is a truck forum, but I know some of you guys do more than trucks. I bought this auto tilt column along with a ton of trim at an estate sale. Most the other parts are 69-72 (ish) El Camino parts. Can anyone ID this column?

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
It looks to be a 69 to 72 GM A body. The levers look like Oldsmobile, but with a lever change it wpuld be a Chevelle/ElCamino.

I agree with the Olds looking levers. I drove a few of those when I was a kid.

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
Thanks guys. I don’t want to turn this into a for sale thread. I planned on putting these on feebay but I might consider posting on here in the misc for sale area. I have most of it sorted, still haven’t ID’d everything.

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
Considering I've done 17 sessions at 6-8 hrs a sitting I'm doing ok. I'm mostly tired, very little of the sick than I was expecting. So all in all pretty good. Thanks for asking.

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
So it seems the consensus was the tilt is a 69-72 a-body. But I cannot seem to find any pictures that match. What’s throwing me off is there is no ignition switch. Is that still consistent with a 69-72?

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
Also right where the neck reduces down it doesn’t quite match 69-72 pictures I find online , and the shift linkage looks different. Am I crazy?

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
Sorry I didn't notice the switch or absence of.
That's a 68 only. Very rare piece.

Re: Anyone know chevelle/elko parts?
I agree that it is probably a 68. The levers look to be Buick to me due to the silver trim on them. An even rarer piece.
